Piedmont Farm

This opulent and spacious addition was constructed to the highest standards. The exterior features a false mansard roof with concealed gutters and standing seam metal, stucco, customized doors, windows, and shutters of mahogany and Spanish cedar. The interior features plaster veneer walls and ceilings, quarter-sawn white oak flooring with walnut inlay, extensive built in millwork and wood moldings.

The addition also includes a dumbwaiter, steam room, home automation, and courtyard with terraces and pool. Multiple trades worked together to execute precise and unique detailing throughout.
